CoSy.Bio - Institute for Computational Systems Biology, UHH
CoSy.Bio was founded in 2021 with the mission to develop novel AI tools for the identification of disease mechanisms and their mechanistic/causative treatment.
CoSy.Bio consists of UHH MIN faculty members and researchers with long-standing experience in developing AI and ML methods and their application to biomedical data. CoSy.Bio is specifically strong in privacy-preserving AI/ML technologies for application to sensitive medical data, and for the extraction of mechanistic treatment options for personalized medicine.
